How do I Search the Store?

Browse through our products by going to the Shopping Cart and then going through the steps indicated. Customers may search by Color, Designer, Manufacturer, Cotton, Silk, etc.

Do you give out swatches or samples of the fabric?

Yes, we do provide our customers with samples of our fabric if you would like. Send us an email with the product name/number and your name and address. You may receive up to three samples at a time.

How do I Check Out?

You have the choice of using PayPal or Secure Checkout. With Secure Checkout we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

When checking out, please be sure to provide your exact billing address, zip code, and telephone number. This needs to be the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you! Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. You may call at any time to provide us with this information. We provide PayPal, Secure Checkout, and Phone Checkout (you can telephone us). All International Orders have the option of using "Bongo International" or you can contact us for information of shipping charges.

How soon will I receive my order?

All orders will be sent out in 5-7 business days, and most are sent out the same day that you place your order.

How do I order 1/4 yard of fabric?

When ordering 1/4 yard of any fabric you will receive a fat quarter unless you send us an email stating otherwise.

What is the Return Policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, repackage your item and return it within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price excluding shipping charges. Please note: we will only accept returned merchandise that is in the same state which you received them (must NOT be washed or cut, stains or odors). Please inspect your order upon receiving, as returns MUST be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. Due to copyright laws, Books, Magazines and Patterns are NOT returnable, we are sorry for any inconvenience.
