If you are not completely satisfied with any product, repackage your item and return it within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price excluding shipping charges. Please note: we will only accept returned merchandise that is in the same state which you received them (must NOT be washed or cut, stains or odors). Please inspect your order upon receiving, as returns MUST be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. Due to copyright laws, Books, Magazines and Patterns are NOT returnable, we are sorry for any inconvenience.
